Terms of Use
Last updated August 24, 2026
Welcome to Paaper. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and the company operating Paaper (“Paaper,” “we,” “us”) and govern your use of the Paaper website, apps, and services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1What Paaper is
Paaper is a consent-first platform that helps you discover offers and opportunities and save the ones you like to your personal Mailbox. Paaper is not a store or an advertiser. Offers you see are provided by third-party businesses (“Advertisers”) and are presented through partners who host or distribute Paaper (“Hosts” and “Publishers”). When you choose to act on an offer, you may be taken to that Advertiser’s own website, where the Advertiser’s terms and privacy practices apply.
2Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to create an account.
- Provide accurate information, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One account per person. Don’t impersonate anyone or create accounts by automated means.
- Tell us promptly at support@paaper.ai if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3Your Mailbox and your choices
Your Mailbox holds the offers you save and any preferences you set, such as what you tell us you’re shopping for. Content you add is yours: you can edit or delete your Saved Offers and shopping preferences at any time from your Mailbox. We keep your Mailbox private to you — see the Privacy Policy for exactly who can and cannot see your information.
4Consent and communications — kept separate
Accepting these Terms establishes your account relationship with Paaper and lets us send you service messages you can’t opt out of while you have an account (for example, confirming your email, security notices, and important changes). That is the only communication tied to simply having an account.
Everything else is a separate, explicit permission that you control and can withdraw at any time:
- Paaper marketing email — news and offers from Paaper.
- Advertiser communications — email from a specific Advertiser, only when you knowingly opt in to that Advertiser (for example, a “sign up for their newsletter” offer).
- Paaper Drops, push notifications, and AI-assisted matching — each governed by its own permission if and when offered.
For U.S. members, creating an account turns on Paaper marketing email by default, shown to you as a pre-checked preference you can uncheck at signup or turn off later. Turning off any one of these does not affect your account, your Mailbox, or any of the others — unsubscribing from marketing email never closes your account or cancels a Drop permission, and vice versa. We keep a durable record of the choices you make.
5Offers come from third parties
Paaper does not sell the products or services in the offers and does not control Advertisers. Availability, pricing, eligibility, and the terms of any offer are set by the Advertiser and can change or end at any time. Your dealings with an Advertiser — including any purchase, subscription, or sign-up — are between you and that Advertiser. Paaper is not responsible for Advertisers’ products, services, or communications.
6Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law, infringe others’ rights, or use the Service to harm anyone.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or probe the Service or its security, or bypass abuse protections.
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data, or access the Service by automated means except as we expressly permit.
- Submit false information, commit fraud, or manipulate offers, referrals, or conversions.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or abusively.
7Intellectual property
Paaper and its licensors own the Service, including its software, design, and brand. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You keep ownership of the content you submit, and you grant Paaper the permissions needed to operate the Service for you (for example, storing your saved offers and preferences).
8The Service is provided “as is”
We work hard to make Paaper reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that offers will be accurate, available, or suited to your needs.
9Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paaper will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10Changes, termination, and governing law
We may update these Terms as Paaper evolves. If we make material changes, we’ll take reasonable steps to let you know, and continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them. You may stop using Paaper and close your account at any time; we may suspend or end access as described above. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [confirm], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the courts located there for any dispute, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
